Our Story:
Since 1998, president and founder, John Bermel has taught ethics to hundreds of law enforcement leaders, civic and education officials in the Minnesota area as well as in other states. This is the background from which Influence International developed. Over the course of years of speaking and presenting courses, it has become evident that many people from different backgrounds share similar values. Influence International seeks to identify these values and their origin. We also seek to identify common ties or themes that establish a standard of character in public service, particularly law enforcement. We also continue providing high quality, values-based ethics training here in the United States and abroad that focuses on values, character, authority and honor.
